Michael Hardman Sr. is an Army Veteran and also the founder of Officially STATIC. I served actively State-side and Overseas for 20+ years in the military, while obtaining my Bachelor's Degree in Web Technology | Digital Media at the University of Maryland and Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Incarnated World. I've been creating Graphics, DJing, Coaching and Training Athletes for over 15 years.

Michael Hardman Jr. is Merchandise Director. He has been designing Merchandise for Officially STATIC for over 2 years. He manages all design aspects for Team STATIC uniforms and fan gear. Michael is a dedicated designer who delivers many cutting edge concepts of modern day merchandise designs.

Toshia Hardman is Vice President. She has helped manage the company since it was founded in 2008 . Toshia is dedicated to making sure all departments align appropriately and function as one company. She is responsible for overseeing internal operations, helping to build strong customer relationships, maximizing the company's operating performance, and helping to achieve the company's financial goals.

Ta'Niyah Hardman. is Social Media Content Manager. She controls all social media for the company, as well as, the Team STATIC organization. She manages all media aspects for Team STATIC promotions and social media platforms. Ta'Niyah is a dedicated media designer who delivers numerous futuristic ideas that is incorporated throughout this website and company platforms.

Denise Sackey is Director of Operations. She more than 15 years of administrative management experience, specializing in human resources and operations, and believes in using evidence-based practices in management. She manages all aspects of Finance, HR and oversees all administrative functions of the company. Denise is passionate about providing fantastic internal service to the organization's dedicated team.
